Capital Management Services - LP - Triad - FN_ASSOCIATES -LVNV Funding Ripoff False debt fake companies Buffalo New York

I recently recived a letter informing me of a debt I have with a company named LVNV Funding LLC for the amount of $2083.00. I had no idea of this company or the company that was the previous creditor Triad-HFN-ASSOCIATES. So I looked them up and the first thing I see is rip-off this and rip-off that so I read on and my situtation is just like someones elses my wife and I have payed off alot of bills recently and then all of a sudden this letter comes in the mail from Capital Management Services, LP.

First the letter seemed alittle wierd, stating income tax refund time is here and they wanted to make the following offers to me 75% off if I paid in full by feb 28 this year and 70% off if I paid in full march 28 this year. So I called to see what they had to say. The person that answered the phone was real professional about it, read off my account # and SSN which is kinda scary, but then she said something that stuck to me, the account was from 1999 and there was only 2 major purchases one a car and two a stero system for the car and they are both on my credit report as paid in full.

I am so very glad to have found this website I hope this report helps other as somes helped me.
