This thieves rip me off $279.00. On August13, 2004 They have a t.v. commercial on different hispanic channels anouncing a credit card with a line of credit up to $7000.00 to help you fix your credit. Supposely this credit card is honor at any bank internationaly and you canwithdraw money any time.

Mr. Armando, financial councelor contated me by phone. He offer me the card , he said he needed my personal information to see if I would qualify for the credit. he took my california ID,Social Security#, birthdate, and address. He check, & qualify me for $5,000.00 line of credit. they sent the card by federal express and collected a money order payable to G.G. capitol. the card arrived with only card# and expiration date.after a month and 2 weeks I was finely able to reach someone at customer service.I activated the card I was given number#m0279 and pin #4270 to use to buy anything but now only in the internet & by catalog it took me another 2 weeks to reach a supervisor by the name Mr. Felix Perez to complain and have him explain the use of the card. this man assure me that it was not fraud and completely legal. I got into internet and placed and order of some items on their website. It had no place to accept their credit card. they wanted me to pay by visa or master card
I tried to place the order entering capitol platinum card to begin to use the credit line. they send me a confirmation of my order to be deliver. Now is been three weeks after my order and I enter in the internet and their website is gone.

H E L P!!! how can you allow people to make scams. this is the fault of the goberment in florida because they issue permits to thieves to do business. S T O P !!!! get this people and stop the scams. do something immediately and recorver my money and everyone else.

Where's my money/card? deeply concern as to where my money went

AUTHOR: Sara - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, November 09, 2004

To Whom this may concern:

I am a single mother of two, work two jobs just to keep my family under financial control. I send a money order of $279.00 on August 4, 2004 to receive a "promised PLATINUM CARD". As you can see by now, my reason for writing to you is that of which I have yet to receive this credit card, and I am deeply concern as to where my money went, if I for some reason or another was not qualified for this card. With all do respect to your company I am in need of this money today not tomorrow, so if you do not send me either my money back or my credit card, you will hear from my attorney. I am sure you wouldn't like to go through drastic measures, but if that is what it's going to take then I am afraid I will have to abide by my word. Again, this is just a friendly and respectful warning, and acknowledgement as your company failed to meet it's promise its'customer.

Thank you for your time,

Sincerely,
