I hired Greg Barrett Oct 2002 using the Debt Termination program. I have Signed contract by Greg Barrett & myself & my husband. At that time he called his business Capital Loan Consultants. Their program was a legal administration program, has no effect on your current credit rating. The program deals with contacts in commerce, the fair debt collection act and the current credit & federal reserve banking laws. Process usually
takes 90 days or less. Satisfaction is guaranteed.
After almost 21 months I am in more trouble that I started. Before I got hooked up with Greg Barrett I was never last nor behind in my pmts to the credit card companies. now my credit report is so bad i couldn't borrow a dollar, plus i have a garnishment on my wages. I have arbitration awards that i can not even get confirmed, because he used an arbitration service that is not reconized by the Nat'l arbitration Assoc. These people need to be STOPPED. the phone # had has been changed to an unlisted #.
The last time I talked to anyone there was 5-14-04 Kyle Swinney advised for us to file bankruptcy and on 5-31-4 from Nick Rozzell who advised the same plus he had a network of attorneys for 650.00 they could get our credit back nice & clean. I paid Greg 1400.00 in the begining and 973.00 for the arbitration service. I would like to sue these people for the money i paid them plus the money for the garnishment.

I strongly encourage you to file complaints against Greg Barrett, Kyle Swinney, Nick Rozzell and Capital Resource Group. Institutions you should file with are your State Attorney General's office along with the Washington State Attorney General, Better Business Beuraus in both states, the FTC, the US Department of Justice, and the FBI. All of these can be done online and will help encourage them to look into this matter. The more complaints they receive the better. You should also try and find anyone else who has been scammed by these individuals and company and encourage them to file complaints themselves. There are hundreds of people out there just like you, I am one of them, so don't feel you are alone in your fight.
