capital tow inc towed my 2013 escape from the back..its front wheel drive an messed up my motor an transmission dallas Texas

The tow company towed my 2013 escape from an apartment complex. Supposadly my car was parked in the wrong spot even though the area said visitor but we will go with that.

My car was pulled forward into the parking space. The tow company pulled it out from the back and towed it. We have pictures of the tire marks from where they drug my car out the wrong way.

I had went down to their place to get my car showed my license and insurance and they still didnt want to give me my car. I had to have my car dealership fax over papers to them showing it was my car. Very rude and hateful people.

I finally get my car back and theres scratches on the front left fender, driver back door, and paint chipped all the way down to the metal on the pasenger front door. I drove it home and it drove ok but the next day i got in it trying to get my baby that was puking with 102 fever to the hospital the rpms started goin really high an the temperature shot straight up the H.

i couldnt get over 30 before the rpms where hitting 5 and the temperature kept going up. So then i was broke down on the side of the road with my sick child having someone to come get us to get my baby to the hospital and find someone to tow the car to the closest place.

When my dealership went and picked up my car from the location it was at the car was still in shut down mode. They took it back to the dealership and took it apart and found that when the tow company towed it, they messed up the transmission and something broke off and it shoved whatever it was up into the motor....now im without a vehicle...thanks capital tow for your "wonderful" work! not!
