Capital Trust Financial - Brian Kraft - Jeff Greene - Mark Gayle ripoff Stamford Connecticut

Appled for loan on line 2 days later Brian Kraft from capital called said that i had been approved for a 10,000 dollar loan but i needed to moneygram the private lender(mark Gayle)six months payments $1771.48 which meant that i would'nt have a payment of $442.87 due till 10/06.

after i moneygrammed the private lender on 2/13/06 I was told the $10,000 would be deposited in my checking account on 2/14/06 instead Jeff Greene called and informed me that the lender had demanded some additional payments to secure the loan and wanted another $1270.00 and after he recieved the additional collateral the money would be in my account in (3) three hours.

On the 15th of february i called Jeff Greene and he informed me that Mark Gayle had pulled out of the loan but if i sent a different private lender $3550.00 that i could get a $20,000 loan i told thanks but no thanks i just wanted a refund of my collateral and he informed me that refunds are done on the lenders billing cycle and that it would be 3/6/06 before i would have my money in my account which never happened. i tried calling Mr. Greene and Mr. Kraft several time on 3/6 &3/7 got all voice mails.

Tried calling both individuals on 3/8/06 and all i got was a female voice that says Thank you for calling Good Bye
