I was checking my account when I saw that Capital Vacation Network had taken money out of my account. I have never heard of this company, I for some reason received information about a travel agent on August 19, 2004.
I thought it was just one of those place that is trying to get me to be interested in their stuff. I was going to call them today to find out why I received this in the mail and how they got my information. I never asked for this information and I do not why they sent it to me. Also, how can they try to take money out of my account without my permission. I believe they are trying to rip people off. Because I do not have that kind of money in my account, now I will be charged Bank Fees.
I have tried to call the 800 number off my bank statement. I get a recording telling me to call another number. I call that number and they keep doing the same thing. They are not allowoing me to speak to a customer service representative. I now need to go into the bank and put a stop payment on this so they won't keep trying to take money out of my account.
