On August 5th, 2015 I ordered 4 primary tradelines from these con artists through a local broker. They claimed it would take 30-35 days. Not a single tradeline showed up, then they said it takes 30-45 business days, i waited, ofcourse not a single tradeline showed up. last week i demanded my refund they said it would take 3 business days, as you have probable guessed i never got my refund. 

 

Here is how they communicate with their clients.

ME: I did not get my refund as you promised. It takes 2 hours for a domestic wire trnasfer, so i dont want to hear any excuses. Just to let you know, i'm waiting till the end of the business day, thats it!

CAPITALCASH.CO: ok and what time is it? The day isn't nowhere near over at 3:27 p.m. banks close at 6:00 p.m. tell Mr. M no one is moved by banter. Thanks. 

ME: There is no money on the account. I spoke to the bank they said if the wire was proccessed on Friday after 3PM it should post by lunch time.Please find out from your people if they did it. If not, I'll just call the credit cards charge it back and have my money by tomorrow.I dont want to waste any more time on this.

CAPITALCASH.CO: You will not have your money by time once I send your credit company all the documentation that big bad wolf bullshit doesn't move! And who the f**k is this guy? Look here first of all you waited days after proof was presented to your a*s to request a refund now you are jumping up and down like some dictator. Please call your credit card company and I am one phone call behind you sir.

 

The proof they're referring to is: they sent loigin info for credit monitoring service for one of their clients that had one inquiry from some credit card. 

save your time and money dont deal with these scumbags.

Sergey yes in this industry some times primaries do not work and we told you we did have a problem and paid out of our own pocket to set things straight the first time and you said ok no problem and we spent 8000 of our own money to do this to make this relationship and situation right we spoke and said we would do this and yes we did it and can proof it then you said you wanted a refund 3 days later AFTER WE PAID CASH to fix things and make you happy, since you changed your mind we said ok no problem we can honor that then we just needed 48 hours to get you the cash and then you did a charge back. 

 

Anyways look not here to fight or say this was a great situation, its just the business. 

Look please recontact us and we will do what ever it takes on a pay after program and resolve this.  We don't want to have you unhappy.  

We have plenty of fake complaints but we are willing to admit this was a major communication error even though dealing with these tradelines is not always clock work but we are not here to just be dishonorable. 

Please recontact us and we will do whatever it takes to resolve things, one of our partners was frustrated because he was going to give you cash refund. 

Anyways point is please recontact us and let us make up things.
