I recieved an offer for a CC. in the mail. I do not have one and this one said $39 to secure. So I filled out the application and sent in the $39. This was March 26, 2002, today is July 22,2002 nd still no card or verification. Christine Champaign, Illinois

On April 12nd FTC filled a complaint against Capital Choice, and received a temporary restiricting order to stop the illegal activities. I hope the court will permanently shut them down. Any hope for any refund only after long-long litigation....
