Capital Choice Consumer Credit ripoff dishonest fradulent billing dirty ripoff liars Miami, Florida

A letter was sent to my home from Capital Choice Consumer Credit.It stated that they would give my a credit card with a pre-approved credit line of up to $5,000. The only think I had to do was to send them a check for $39.00. In doing so I had noticed that the check had not gone through although a debit of $39.00 was taken from my account from them(Capital Choice Consumer Credit).I knew there was something up after 2-3weeks had gone by and no card. I started calling the company to contact them about the debit from my checking account and the check I sent them. When I called the number(1-800-803-4174) numerous times through out the course of 2 weeks I kept receiving this message about "Sorry our business hours are from 9am-5pm EST please call back then."
