My 15 y/o son was having hearing problems and after discussion with the doctors here it was decided to put a tube in his ear and that would fix his problem. Guess what? It made it worse! Follow up visits end with guesses and no clear answers.

Almost a year later the tube hasn't come out like they said it would and it's really hurting him and he says he really can't hear anything now - I call the office for an appointment only to learn they can't schedule an appointment because my account is in collections!!! I ask for how much - 25$!!!! I always pay with insurance and copays. So fine, whatever, schedule the appointment and I'll come in and pay? Wrong. Not allowed.

I would strongly advise finding somewhere else who knows what they're doing in medicine and business.
