Capitol Platinum Card ripoff Florida

On the 8-27-04 i recived a phone call by a telemarketer representing capitol platinum card. They offer me a credit card for hispanic that do not have credit or are immigrant that want to have credit. They told me that the credit card that they offer is great because it can be use take out money from any bank in the united states. Also can be used to buy merchandize in any retail store.

They told me that with a small amount of $279.00 dollars I can have the card netx day. I told them please to send me additional information through the mail. They say "NO" because we deal with Fedex and UPS only. To write a money order for the amount above. I did it and next day had my card. A month and half has pass and the card that I have do not work at all. Please do not get fool like me. I hope the FBI get them because I want my money back. Please get them fast.

P.S. I am hurt by this please some one get them.
