WHY would you have to have your employees pose as customers to put fake online reviews?Lynette Rushing is a $10 an hour telemarketer for them posting fake reviews online including Yelp, FAKE!!   Additionally, although they claim to do back ground check on ALL their employees, Ms. Lynette Rushing is a former corrections employee who was arrested, removed from her position and served a sentence!! They also had a CONVICTED FELON who had been in prison working for them as well!

OMG Who are they letting into your office unsupervised?

This company has its people in offices UNSUPERVISED! You have to wonder what they are doing. They have NO good reviews....makes ya wonder why right!

Additionally, Capitol Professional Cleaning Service CLAIMS writter was an "employee" and that writter was terminated. If that is true, then LEGALLY They should be able to provide documents to prove such a statement ex: signed job application, SS card, picture ID. All of which under Federal Law are required PRIOR to hiring someone...where is the proof?

What professional has liquor bottles in their OFFICE? That is far from professional. Regarding the"half spent" bottles, I have several people who have also see this. There is a saying, "when you are in a hole stop digging".

You are clearly guilty of at least two felonies that the Sheriffs Department is investigating. All three of you will be going to jail soon. I will then file a civil suit and be placing Leins against your personal and business property Pursuant to Uniforn Commercial Code.

Additionally and for the record, your version of "half spent liquor bottles" is amusing because the bottles to which you refer are SEALED, vintage glass, airplane bottles kept as souvenirs from years of extensive travel.

You may want to reconcile your information with the truth because there are other employees in this small company and you are painting a very different picture that the rest of us agree is a fabrication constructed out of how you've been feeling since you left in January. It now being the middle of February only serves to illustrate how you refuse to cease your harassment, thus leaving a trail of your disgruntled speech and actions. There is no need to retaliate in such a way. It has been nothing personal but you have chosen to take it to that extent.

I would expect nothing less than an attempt to slander the writer from this disreputible company. Again they never discussed the points of the initial post(s) as they are indisputable. Why? Because they can't dispute the truth. Instead they they try to misdirect attention to the one who is exposing them. LOL

This company is now under investigation by Harris County Sheriffs Department's Internet Security and Fraud Division. An employe of Capitol Professional Cleaning Services illegally gained entry to two online business and deleted over $30,000 of company ads, which would be at least two FELONY counts . After speaking with the Sheriffs Department today we expect arrest to be made. We will update a case progresses.

Hello ladies and gentlemen,

I did not want to speak out on this but because we are being harassed and have received many threatening phone calls and such, I felt the need to speak out on this complaint.

Please be aware that the complaint against Capitol Professional you are reading was made by a former employee who became very disgruntled when he was released from his position (yes, released, he did not resign). I am certain many of you can relate to that. 

We are a very small, family-owned and run business. The racist and discriminatory remarks made by one Mr. Michael Hourihan (or Hourigan, & there are several other aliases) are also part of the reason he was terminated. His inability to work with others or to take direction from his employers played a very large part in his release. It is a shame that in his release, rather than learn from his mistakes, he must attack a family that works hard and follows through on their business ethics. Just because the owners of this business originate from Columbia gives him no authority to slander their business or shame them for not having been born in America. I won't even touch on the religion subject as all of the remarks made by Mr. Hourihan are all listed in every company policy in America as the handful of things which are not to discriminate against in a place of employment. Mr. Hourihan has committed nearly each one of these discriminations against his former employers.

As it stands, Mr. Hourihan was given every benefit of the doubt. He was even allowed to stay on after the fact that it was discovered he wasn’t actually doing any of the work but rather, making up information and entering it into his log. Because he was trusted, he was allowed to leave without escort and there are a number of things he did on his way out (destroying important documents, wiping out computer information, etc.) that are being looked into. We and our small staff are looking into local law enforcement and the process of filing a restraining order due to Mr. Hourihan's continued and documented harassment. We are a very small business and have a handful of female employees in the office who are on alert to call police if he should arrive on the premises. Additionally, security has been notified. Mr. Hourihan has been harassing the employees at Capitol Professional ever since his termination, which is why we are taking action. His constant prank-calling and slander, along with threats and harassment are unacceptable and will be dealt with by the proper authorities.

If anyone has any questions, Mr. Hourihan has provided all of our online and telephone information. Please feel free to call our offices and while we will not discuss any of this online as that is now for more authoritative figures to handle, we can and will do our best to answer any and all questions you may have regarding our business services.

The assumptions and untruths laid out in Mr. Hourihan's complaint are not to be believed. To assume other folks have different names because they are illegal is not only racist and not allowed in a place of business, but is also a form of projection. Mr. Hourihan has several aliases on record and spoke often of how he used them to "get more out of" people. I am a current female employee of Capitol Professional, I have worked with them in the past and can attest to the fact that we have been in business as long as we say we have. If there is inappropriate talk in the office, it must have mainly been done by Mr. Hourihan himself, as I have never witnessed any inappropriate speech in this workplace and have been respected and treated professionally everyday on the job. What people do in their private lives has no bearing on this business because when we are here it is nothing but work and professionalism. I am uncertain what is meant by the comment that we do not keep documents on file like identification and tax information, because we do, I am actually in charge of that. Also, we have "very few customers" because again, we are a Small Business, and we take on what we can handle, preferring not to swindle people but rather, negotiate until our few clients are satisfied with our services. Honestly, it is easy to see that this complaint was written in anger because so much of it is fabrication.

Michael, I am certain you will read this because as the owner of EcoSaved.com, you apparently have more time on your hands than you know what to do with and have nothing better to do than sit around and try to harm people all day. You are a man in your 60's and own your own business. Please find something better to do with your time than harassing the employees here at Capitol Professional. It is immature and completely unbecoming for a man your age and especially a businessman who should know when he has crossed the line. There is nothing wrong with people coming from another country in their youth to pursue the American Dream. Maybe you don't agree because of your supremacist ideals, but this is America and everyone gets a fair shot. You have been terminated Mr. Hourihan. Our business is no longer any of yours, so please cease and desist before further action is warranted.

My only word of advice to those viewing this is, beware of dealing with Mr. Michael Hourihan. It is apparent he has other things going on in his life causing him to be hostile against people he has worked for and others he doesn't even know (like myself). The man doesn't even know me but he is bent on demeaning and slandering the people and families tied to this business. His lack of remorse for the employees that DO work here is astonishing and questionable. I suggest taking a moment to look into EcoSaved.com and it's reviews, should you one day need whatever their services are, because Mr. Hourihan is the alleged owner and his behaviors and actions are not in line with that of a professional business man.

Lastly they use a ficticious secretary named "Irma" when email communicating with prospects, bill collectors and clients. Again HIGHLY suspicious and very unethical...dont believe me just call or email and ask for Irma...lol

Again, they failed to address our claims. Then they actually think ANYONE would go to their website and solicit their services, incredible. However, please do look at their site, its laughable. A 10 year old today could have put together a better site. Its riddled with gramatical errors, uses wildly differing fonts, alignment errors, and several pages only have pictures slapped on with NO meaning or verbiage. Several of the pictures are taken from other companies website, again a copyright violation!

Lastly look at the companies they have showing at the bottom of the home page. NONE of which are their clients!!! Again a copyright infringement.

           Really would you want such an UNETHICAL company

working in your office, building etc.?

The employee in question resigned due to illegal activited and difficulty in getting paid. One would expect such a rebuttle in an effort to maintain the little hold they have on their VERY SMALL business.

Infact, if the owners of this business wish to dispute anything here, we can provide voice recordings, videos, and pictures. Additionally if they are willing to pay and submit to polygraphs for all involved, we will agree to it.
