We had ten windows installed, including a sliding glass door. They sent only two people to do the work not a crew - they started at 10:00 am and did finish until 10:00 pm. The workers did good job but we’re too few to finish on time. A screen was damaged during installation and they promised to replace it the next day. The work was done on 25 may but took until 6 June to have someone pick up screen and tell us he wood bring it back the next day. We gave him the final payment for the work. No one contacted us for several days so we called the salesman, the front office, and finally Ryan (a manager). No one returned our calls until we finally talked to Ryan.

After another week we finally talked Savannah and set up a service call. The service technician finally came (it is now 6 weeks after a promise of next day service) but had no screen. We then called another manager, left several voice messages, but never was called back. After another week of calls we finally talked to johnathan and the service desk and got another appointment. After two months of delays we finally got the screen replaced but the caulking repair (discussed during each previous call) was still not done. We finally gave up trying to get any service done after two months oft trying. Bottom line: don’t pay up front, do not expect any actual service despite continued promises, and do not expect any actual customer service.
