Ty Claiborne with Capitol Media is a Con Artist and a Liar. He goes from door to door selling Direct TV and DishTV services and promises to sell it a lot cheaper than what you are paying to either or of the companies that you are with. He promises to pay off your early cancellation fee for Directtv so you can go to Dish. Never happened. He said that I would get a discount from a referral which was a elderly neighbor of mine NEVER has happened yet. He also promised that he would bring an attenna by here for free so we could get local channels for free NEVER has happened. I tried to get him to write all this down and he wouldn't do it.
Which should of been the first red flag and the biggest red flag of them all is that he already access to my account and he knew exactly how much my bill was with DIRECTTV which I found strange. My 1st bill was a lot more than he quoted me said my total bill would be 79,99 no more no less.. He never answers his phone always let it go to voicemail, he has called me back but still not gave me what he prmised! This man also talked my fiance into paying a fee upfront for 56.00 thankfully we didn't pay cash However after reading all the reports on the web about him this worries me now about the credit card and the SSN number he wanted. I just want to make all aware of this gentleman and please do NOT do services with him.
You will end up worse then better. DO NOT TRUST ADAM TYLER CLAIBORNE (TY CLAIBORNE> He comes across as this nice clean cut caring honest man but he is very decieving and a liar. I don't see how Direct or DISH could let someone like him represent their company. I have suffered so much anguish and worry over this.DishTV says they cannot do anything about it. If you look on the internet you can find articles about him being a con artist and a thief.I find these articles to be true because he has did the very exact thing to me. How can he live with himself. He needs to be stopped. This is"Fraud by Deception'. Will be Reported to Consumer Affairs in Nashville, local District Attorney, and Sheriff's department.Please be aware of this guy he isn't who he says will RIP YOU OFF

Here is an update on this report. I finally got my OTA antenna from Mr. Claiborne today only after I posted this (he might of been bringing it all a long but he def didn't bring it when he said he was the first time) and called him and left a voice mail. His brother Heath has been emailing me nonstop since this report hit the INTERNET and they seen it. I will say that I don't know what kind of business they are running and I did get highly upset when I read other complaints on here and on other websites (Not from the Ex employer but from regular people) I also did copy some from another post (on this website from another complaint) which I thought needed to put out there again. Just be careful to whom you decide to do dealings with. I didn't get his information other then his name and who he claimed to work for and he didn't offer it when he came to my house twice- Yes a HUGE mistake on my part, but if you talk to this young man he is a smooth fast talker who I personally think will do anything to make a sale. He did quote me different things and have me believing different things, like I was under the impression my bill was going to be one amount when it turned out to be another and I called Dish to complain and they gave me a credit each month for a while.
I did contact DISHTV about this and they stated that since these gentleman work from a 3rd party vendor they said that all they was to do is sell and nothing else. Not have access to the accounts afterwards cause rightfully so it belongs to dish and shouldn't be accessed unless given permission by the account holder - This man text a phone number of mine that he didn't know and couldn't of known unless my personal information on Dish was accessed. So in conclusion I don't know what kind of business they are running but from experience it isn't great.
