DON'T WASTE Your Time & Money! SKIP this Dugout ENTIRELY - There are so many other GOOD places to eat in Clearwater. Why would you eat here after these reviews? I found out too late from my friends and family.

Place: Dirty - Food Chunks Stuck on Tables (Really!) - Smells - Way Outdated Atmosphere - Bar Area Stinks from Mold, Musty Water, Dirty Glasses, Old Liquor Bottles etc. I sat down in someone else's dirty drink spilled on my chair. I watched the waitress wipe the tables with a dish rag and CHUNKS of food fell out onto the table ----- SHE LEFT IT ON THE TABLE! Needless to say, my appetite was disturbed as I was eating! I also didn't tell my family but while they were eating I saw a ROACH ----- scooting across the floor -------!!!!

Service: SLOW, then once you order they hurry you so they can use the table for another customer. We were uncomfortable from the start. This waitress "MO" was so loud and scratchy in her voice and kept making us feel like we needed to rush because she wanted her next tip. If you go there, DO NOT sit in her area, you will not be able to relax with your friends or family. Once you order then her fake smiles & conversation stop and your treated like a barn animal. (Ignored until the check) Seriously!

Food Cost: NOT WORTH ORDERING.

Food: Actually GROSS! The pizza was overpriced and UNDER COOKED TWICE! We waited 57 minutes just to get the pizza order 50% right. I took a picture to show just how the 2nd order had gone bad also. We ate it because we wanted to get to the beach and were already delayed due to poor service ALL THE WAY ROUND! I would not recommend the pizza, nor the wings (too thick breading that was freezer burned, the chicken had a bad taste to it and I was concerned for Salmonella) I asked for a refund because I wouldn't allow the kids to eat it and after some argument from "Mo" we were given a credit. WOW! This service sucked! My wife had a big salad that had wilted lettuce. She ate it. I would not recommend any food on the menu from here.........

OK HERE IS A GOOD ONE! I asked which one of the 3 brothers and sister make the Italian meatballs because the size was so big compared to most. GUESS WHAT? Mo (server) told us that they order their meatballs and have them shipped from Chicago. The steak hoagie meat comes from GFC next door. Alfredo sauce is from a jar! And so on!
Yeah, this is the real Italian restaurant for you, right?

They are struggling financially that is why everything is so outdated, dilapidated and cheap -- Do I need to tell you after I checked on the internet, the 4 siblings are still leasing that building in that plaza for years. Why? Because of all that my review has stated and more. They have their regular followers and drunks that support their rent. The dad had left it to them a long long time ago when he passed and they were not business savvy enough to take it to the next level. I am a business investment guy so I know what to look for.
