Cappaert Manufactured Housing Inattentive, Unprofessional, Have No Regard for Customer Satisfaction Vicksburg Mississippi

In my opinion, Cappaert homes are probably amongst the lowest in quality. Once mine was set up by the delivery crew, it took several contractors, several weeks to complete the installation, and trim-out. There were missing materials that the contractors had to order and in some cases supply themselves in order to finish faster.

The installation was also delayed due to the carelessness of the dealer I bought my home from, Evangeline Home Center in Laffayette, but that is another story. 

I am now having several leaks in my roof. It has been about a year-and-a-half, which means I am still under the federal government extended warranty for manufactured homes. I had to call and email Cappaert constantly in order to get someone to come work on the leaks.

The person claimed to fix one, and said that he had to temporarily fix the other because he didn't have what he needed to fix it completely. He probably had no idea what he was doing. I am seeing the evidence of than now as my roof is leaking twice as bad in the spot where he said he fixed it.

It has been almost a month since I first contacted Cappaert about the leaks. Now I have a good bit of water damage that needs to be repaired as well. If you were unfortunate enough to buy one of their homes, your best bet for repairs is to hire a licensed contractor to do the work and then send the bill to Cappaert.
