Capstone Financial Group Stock Held CAPP Fraudulently represented IPO and never had any intention of doing so East Amherst New York

Fraudulently deceptively represented and IPO acquisition for Customized Mortgage Solutions, Capstone Financial Group (Darin Pastor) was going raise money, which sent Letter Intent of 14 Million Dollars. This money was to be used to acquire several Mortgage Companies. It was Presented to Customized Mortgage Solutions that Capstone Financial Group (Darin Pastor) was buying a Revers IPO shell 200,000 which never happened. CMS had to wired $200,000 and given a deadline to wire monies to Capstone Financial Groups Account. Capstone Financial never had any intentions of any IPO, and Darin Pastor had no intentions of funding this as promised. When we confronted, Darin Pastor which I have recorded on tape several times has promised to pay back the $200,000 thousand dollars that was wired to Capstone Financial Groups Bank Account care of (Darin Pastor) If one is to looked up Darin Pastors Series 7 Licensed its revoked by FINRA which means Capstone Financial Group attained these funds from CMS illegally. Capstone is a Publicly Traded Company CAPP which came up with many empty promises to return our monies.
