I got called by these jerks also. I never got the package just like everyone else. The other day i noticed there was a withdrawl of 59.95 from capitol TAID. I tried calling capitol vacations back, i got on the CSR and they said, "oh, you have to write to capitol Vacations at 696-1st ave... and then your account will be credited back." I then asked her for the number to speak directly to capitol vacations she then said, "the number is 1-888-824-7675." I then asked her to connect me because that is the number i just dialed, she said, "It doesent work that way."
I just hung up, and called some lawyer friends of mine, they told me that if enough people were willing to testify that we could get a class action suite against this company. They are looking into the issue and assure me there is a way out. If anyone is interested in pursing a class action suite against the jerks. Please post some kind of message here so we can get the ball rolling.
