Capt'n Funs Beach Club Theft from staff Pensacola Florida **Author of this Report is NOT CONFIRMED**

 I was enjoying a drink at the bar and some man came up and said I had took his seat. The man requested a staff member come to kick me out. The staff member then claimed I had thrown a bottle at someone and that I need to be escorted out. There was no altercation with the man or the staff member. I denied ever throwing a bottle or being in any altercation with anyone. I then said okay but my GoPro is sitting on the counter. Let me grab it. They then grabbed by GoPro and put it behind the bar and said there is no GoPro here. I then informed the police when the staff called them. The police didn't help at all or assist with filing a police report. I was wrongfully accused of actions I never took part in and watched the staff steal my GoPro before my eyes.
