I do not know the person this ignorant agency is after. I have requested to have my number removed from their database. I was informed that they can not without the persons who it is listed under in their database requests the removal or changes the information. Now here is the delema. It is my cell number now.. Not this skipper.. Lisa Smith. I don't know a Lisa Smith. I am not Lisa Smith and I want my number removed. I am going to do what ever it takes to make these inbred, ignorant people take MY NUMBER, Not Lisa Smith's, out of their data base. I have been yelled at, hung up on and promised to have the number removed. These bottom feeding jerks need to grow a brain and remove the number.

I had the same problem witht another collection agency

I went through the same thing with another collection agency. When they called my cell looking for another person I told the caller he had the wrong # and I did not know the person they were looking for. They told me they would remove my cell# from thier database it did not happen they called again showing thier # on the caller ID I put a block on ther # so they cannt call again. If you have that option on your home and cell phone use it. When you tell these bill collectors they have the wrong # they do not listen so call reject is the next best option
