My father was contacted by Car Acquire because they wanted to sell his vehicule for him within 90 days and they wanted him to pay a $500us deposit to do so.  If they couldn't sell his vehicule within 90 days, they would refund my father his $500us.

My father accepted the offer and received a contract through my (daughter) email address with the conditions of this offer.  My father gave them his credit card for the $500us deposit.  Now, within the 90 days of Car Acquire trying to sell his vehicle, my father was able to sell his vehicule himself so he contacted Car Acquire to tell them that he sold his vehicle himself so he would like to get his $500us deposit returned to him.

Car Acquire told him that he would have to wait until the 90 day contract was finished before they could give him his deposit back.  Then when the 90 day contract was over, my father contacted them and they told him he would have to fill out an application for refund and get it notorized by a lawyer as well as the bill of sale for proof that my father had sold his car to this person.

I (his daughter) did all that which cost money out of my own pocket for all this and sent it off by registered mail, which was another $15 cost.  On the Car Acquire application for refund it says that it would take 3 weeks for my father to receive his refund (deposit).

They received the application by registered mail by Aug. 7th, 2012 and now we are Oct. 5th and my father still does not have his deposit from Car Acquire.  I have called several times and they keep on telling me it's been processed and I wanted to speak to someone in higher authority and they don't return my calls.

If anyone is reading this report, please don't go with Car Aquire for anything they approach you with, it's all a SCAM and you will never receive anything from them unless you want to give them $500us for nothing.

By the way, my father is an elderly man on a pension and makes no money to live otherwise so I really think Car Acquire should be ashamed for doing this to people that can't even survive on a pension.

I don't have any words for this company on how disgusted I am with them.  I plan on pursuing this with a lawyer which will cost me more money but I want them out of business so they can stop SCAMMING people of their money.

Thank you for reading my report!
