DO NOT PURCHASE YOUR CAR FROM CAR CASTLE INC!!!

These ppl are crooks...they steal and lie their butts off.

The first day i walked on the lot and said i was interested in a particular vehicle; the sales associate jacked up the price by $2000 (he didn't know i already knew the correct price). I answered by telling him the correct price - she said "Oh...you looked online?". I said yes, then he walked away. I was left to inspect the car and ask my questions - i didn't hear nothing else from him ( i guess he was embarrassed).

The car fax showed a clean record; however, a friend on mine who had experience with car body work pointed out that the car was involved in an head on collision (which explained why the lighting fixture on the left side was newer than the other).

After i signed the papers for the car, i literally went through hell. They tried to withhold one of the car keys (now, think about
it; why would they want to keep one of the keys of a car you just bought-- its not rocket science). I had to be going back and forth
with different ppl and even showing my anger (which i didn't want to do). One associate at CAR CASTLE INC swore that they only had one key; i came back the other day and went straight to the first crook that quoted me the higher price (i was pissed- and i knew he saw it)..He hurried in the back and fetched the other key.

In addition, the crook team stole the wood shifter knob for the car. They once again gave me hell for the shifter knob. I was
driving around with the bare metal for gear shifting. Out of curiosity, i called the car maker and asked them how much does it cost to
get a replacement shifter knob...the car maker told me that the WOOD one cost $420. Now, it suddenly became evident why they wanted to keep the knob (they obviously had intentions of selling it elsewhere). After back and worth with them again about the knob..they got frustrated with me and gave me a different shifter knob. In fact they gave the a cheaper leather knob which the car maker said cost $60. Now look at the difference between the original WOOD knob ($420) and the cheaper leather knob ($60). The original WOOD shifter knob was in the picture that i saw online and the first day i went to look at the car, i was told that the WOOD shifter knob was inside.

They sold me the car without doing an inspection. I had to come back another day because i noticed that the inspection sticker was almost expired. I didn't tell them that i was coming to CAR CASTLE INC (car lot). I surprised the dealer when he was with a "soon to be" customer. father help him..he didn't even protest, because the new customer was there, he told me to bring the car back tomorrow for an inspection.. Now u tell me...who sells a car without doing an inspection? The day i carried the car for the inspection one of the associates took the key and went around the block for 5mins. He then returned with a new inspection sticker on the wind screen (some 5 minute inspection).

Next, they gave me the car with special lug nuts on the tires and they didn't give me the key to unlock the nuts. Now, if i were to have a flat; there is no way i could remove the tire without the special nut (key). I had to pay to have the old nuts taken off and had to buy new nuts and special locks to lock the wheels in place.

The first day i went to pick up the car, i was told that one of the tires needed air. They put air in the tire then i drove home. Now after stopping at a few gas stations and getting more air in the tire; i decided to go to a tire shop. To my surprise a nail was lodged in the front wheel. They knew and they didn't tell me...

Now people, all of those complaints happen in less than 1 week. Please take my stupid advise and buy your car from a reputable dealer that isn't into the monkey business like those clowns at CAR CASTLE INC.
