Car Credit America Aka Greenwich Finance One word, "HARRASSMENT" Aurora Illinois

I HAVE BEEN NOTHING BUT HARRASSED BY THESES PEOPLE. The sad part is, I was referred to them by a reputable dealer. Only because I couldn't afford to come up with a decent down payment. Everything was gouing fine for almost two years & no late payments. Then my hours were cut at my job & I couldn't afford the payments. The first go around with them, they faxed letters to my work threatening to garnish my wages at 15-20%. I told them not to call my place of business to no avail, not only did they call but proceeded to tell other employees why they were calling. I even twice tried to call them to work out a plan & the only plan for them was to either make the payments in full or garnish my wages. Then a couple of months later I was 5 days late & low & behold I get a call from the Lake County Police telling me my car was reported stolen by the company & I needed to pay immediately or there would be a warrant for me. Well to thicken the plot, they just did it again. 6 Days late, I called & begged them to please work out an agreement with me & they said the only agreement was to garnish or attach my tax returns. That there was no agreement. Then following the conversation, proceeded to fax another letter to my work stating my car was up for repossesion that afternoon. The sad part is, I'm paying over $10,000 for a car that was only worth about $2500. My advice, NEVER BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE! They are worse than crooks.
