CAR HOP CAR DEALERSHIP CAR HOP RIPPED ME OFF,LIED TO ME,CAUSED PHYSICAL STRESS CHARGING ME DOUBLE.KNEW THE CAR WAS MESSED UP AND DECIDED TO SEND ME TO THERE AUTO MECHANICS SHOP THINKING IT WOULD BE RIGHT BUT IS WRONG BECAUSE THE WHOLE TIME THEY PROVIDED ME N MY FAMILY FALSE INFORMATION.. my name iss cheryle f. and i am currently leasing a car from car hop...ii noticed a few problems with the car the day we test drove it...and explained my concerns to the car sales woman and she stated that when we bought the car we could take it to the auto mechanic shop within the first 18days and that we would hve warranty on alot of the main parts..so thats what caught our eye then we drove off the car with paymentsofff $411 dollar payments and i parked it home then saturday came then sunday and monday my son called the auto mechanics so we could get these problems fixed and they said to bring it in and they would take a look at at it and then they would return it to me soooo then i was gunna go to the mechanics and i tried to start the car and it ticks ticksssss and then it tick ticks again my grandson says grandma whats that n my son says the car is smoking.........i then get out the car n my son jumps out to the aid of his son but at the same time trying to open up the hoood a*s more and more smoke progresssises in then started to flame then my son grabs the water hose and trys to water it down but it doesnt work i had to go back pop the hood and ten my son still had to open the hood and as he is a friend grabbed the fire extiungisher and puts the fire out.......after the lil scare when we cleared up he hood area of the car and let it cool down the wires and cables to the battery were all meesed up...were all melted and melted all the way down to where it look like it got caught in the belt...so then i call car hop and they take long to answer me and finally i got through but it was the promotion of a 200 dollar scam i think for walmart gift card and or a  3 to5 day  get away to someplace and then they made it seem free so i clicked one of the promo band it forgets bout carhop and cheryyle n her car n wat they were going through....so i went and proceeded to the promo thinkin it was gunna benitf  me and that i wouldnt be rude but then they ask me for a credit card and $1.50 cent charge was gonna be charged so i said nevermind i know that kind of game....so then i had to hang up and start all over im thinkin that there gonna connect me to the carhop in national city california but they tranfered me to the warranty department so then i finally got connected and was asked to get tranfsfered to the dealer in national city california....they did and once i got a hold of then they said what was i doing and where i said i need a new car and they said they couldnt not even if it was getting fixed theycouldnt replace or rent me a car meanwhile....and hey still said know ok i barely had the car a day and it starts on fire not my fault sounds like y woulldnt they want to replace  my car type of thing so basically im  stuck still i purchased the ar on 4/18/2014 and its 4/23/2014 and still without a car...they said it not gunna be ready till friday if that latest saturday morning sooo i told them i had to take the busss today wich was a pain in the but but basicallly i think they should relpace the car just because it onee car of theres with warranty that caught on fire if it happend once in 1 day then what makes me think its not gunna happen again....so yeah as of now im waiting for tonorrow  for there call they couldnt even rent a car or nuthing and it was there fault i culdve died along with my son and grandson  if it was different we just did the thing to do and get out we have a 18,000 mile in warrnty  so in all they dont do nothing so i can be in a car and they know they should......well continue my story or update wat happens thanks cheryle p f. national city ca
