Car Loans LLC Sovereign Lending Title Loan SCAM Cincinnati Ohio

   I got a loan for $2500 from this company and was paying it down.  I sent my pay off for $4,113.65 on February 5,2015 by certified mail.  The address I was given by a member of the company was to Las Vegas, NV to the pay off department.  I kept checking the USPS website and entering my tracking number from my certified mail, but it had not been delivered to the address.  Fast forward to today; I had called car loans llc several times to find out why they hadn't received the money and they showed it delayed when they checked their tracking.  When I called today I was advised that the address THEY had given me was for the wrong city and state!! It was supposed to go to the same street address and suite number, but to Cincinnati ,Ohio!!!  I was very upset because that is a lot of money for them to play around with.  Now it will cost me more money out of pocket!  I called the manager who all of a sudden advised me after many phone calls had been made, that the package was located by USPS in New York.  BULL!!!!!!! I talked to Bonnie at the USPS who advised me that the package had not been located!  Also the address in Ohio is not to a Car Loan LLC, it is a front for some kind of other business.  I have saved ALL of my payment slips, bank drafts, and ALL correspondence with this company and I intend to sue them.  They said that they will overnight my title to me, but I want PROOF that they have cashed my USPS money orders and my account with them is settled.  I talked to them on a recorded law enforcement line and I WILL  retain an attorney if they do not do as requested.  That is MY hard earned money and I want it where it should be! Yes, i owed them, but i paid them!!

I paid them by money order for the pay off, and by debit card for payments.
