Per your contract,see attached copy, you Alan David Palange are hereby notified to return 

vehicle 2014 KIS Vin # KNAGM472E547309 to me imediately and to pay all monies due on

for said 2014 KIA vehicle, within 5 dayds from 02/02/2018 or I will have a warrant issued for your

arrest for Unlawful  Failure to return rented leased property. The failure to return vehicle

and failure to pay all amonts due ( including cost for damage to property or equipment ) are 

evidence of abandonment or refusal to deliver the property.

Furthermore , Florida Statute Section 812.155(4) provides that the prosecuter can use certain

evidence removing or attempting to remove the property or vehicle from the State of Florida 

without the written consent of the owner absconding without payment.

Additionaly, under Florida Statute Section 812.155(4)(c) , prima facie evidence of abadonment

or refusal to redeliver the property can be proven" by the failure to pay any amount due

which is inccured as a result of failure to redeliver property or equipment after the demand 

for return is made "

Even if the person who leased the property never received the notice and the notice is returned

undeliveed , the fact that the notice was mailed by certified mail, return receipt requested, or

delivery by courier with tracking capability to the address given by the renter ar the time of rental

is sufficient and equivalent to notice having bee received.
