Car N Airport Limo had no drivers day before trip, said I would need to pay the driver they got. Had already paid the pickup and return $342.86 and now had to pay again. Have not received a credit for original trip New York New York

Hired this company May 6th 2017 for a trip to Italy Nov 17 thru returning on Dec 1st.  Day beofre I confirmed ant the pick up and was told they didn't have a driver and I woud need to pay the driver that picked us up.  I had already paid in fulll the trip back in May.  The same thing happened on the return trip.  Now I am oput another $350.00 on top of my rigianl payment back in May.  I've received many excuses for their inability to credit my account.  I have talked to them many times and have even asked for a manager yet nothing.  Where do I go with this   I have already filed ea report with the BBB but will continue to complain until I get my money back and other customers don't get scammed.
