CAR OUTLET THEIVES- WILL NOT RETURN MY $$$ AND SOLD ME LEMON Waukegan, Illinois

I was in need of purchasing a vehicle, but because my credit is very bad ro say the least I was having difficulty. I stopped by a local car dealer (Car Outlet) after seeing their commercials I said what the heck. Upon arrival at Car Outlet, without seeing my credit score or anything they just asked me how much I had as a down payment they said I was approved.....bad move! After test driving a few vehicles they said I could get they run my credit an said it was terrible and that I could only qualify for a few models (2) to be exact- I did not like either one, it was getting late, after being there for 4 hours, I told them I will come back tomorrow after I have some time to think about it. The sales rep and Manager basically begged me to stay that they had another vehicle that needed to be detailed (2005 Buick Rendevous) that they could offer me. I took it for a quick spin, ( I was tired and wanred to get out of there) I gave in, bad move again! As I am driving home I noticed that the car pulled, I thought it was because it was cold so I let it go (this was on Friday night) next day I did not drive the vehicle until late afternoon Saturday, by that time the dealership was closed- however I was told when i purchased the vehicle that it was a 4x4 as I was driving on Saturday evening it was raining, well it slipped I almost got into an accident and it was pulling( transmission not changing gears) I called them first thing on Monday morning morning I was told to give it a few more days that if it did not get any better to call them again to schedule and appointment so that the Mechanic could take a look at it. Two days later it is actng up more and to top it off the front headlight went out.When I took it in the mechanic took it for a drive and he agreed the transmission was bad and it needed a new one, they said it would take 3-4 weeks and I asked for a courtesy car for the meantime, they told me that they could not provided me with car that .  I asked for my money back, I was told it would be no problem, it has been 3 weeks and all I keep getting the run around!!
