car shipper usa,llc carrier brokered left my car fall off the top of the trl. while unloading it injuring me and a dump truck Internet

on sept.22 i soliceded brokers to transport a 1964 ply conv.i bought on ebay igot 27 replys the first 2 days i choose carshippers because the salesman was easy to talk to they werent the cheapest or most expensive they did a good job getting it moved it was picked up on 9-27 and delivered 9-28 the carrier was great lakes auto carrier i arranged with my neighbor to use his property to unload so the driver had plenty of room. i arranged for a contractor to load it at this location and take it to my property he backed his dump truck and low boy trl. behind the carcarrir trl. so he could winch it right onto his trl. the car was on the top platform of the trl. driver asked me to steer the car while he left it down. in his haste he hooked the chain on a piece of sheet metal instead of the frame im leaning in the window steering it. the car went 1 foot when it tore loose coming down the trl. like a bat from hell with me sticking out the window. it hit the lowboy trl. so hard it jumped the bulkhead and jumped it going so high it almost went inside the dump truck doing damage to trl. and truck. when i called broker he said the carrier was fully insured and gave me the information.when i tried to contact the carrier he wont answer his phone for meor progressive ins. his name is derek at #586-464-7733. i got a damage report from the driver proggressive has paid me 450.00 and said i have to get the rest from the carrier because its his deductable. the broker said he cant help me proggressive wont help me and the carrier wont answer his phone. the damage to the dumptruck is 800.00 alone which i guess i have to pay too emailing the carrier has failed also
