car transport express complete misrepresentation and lies florida

I went online to get quotes to ship my vehicle from ct to fl. I was contcted buy multiple companies and had many different prices. I was contacted car transport express and the agent ray explained to me that they we're the carrier company and not a broker. this was the first lie. their price was consideracly more than other quotes but according to ray once again they were the carrnier and they are their own trucks so they can pretty much gaurentee pickup and delivery dates...lie number 2. So after falling for this trap I decided to go with this company cause they told me my car would arrive on the 31st of dec and since i was arriving on the 30th the timinig was perfect. When the 31st came i had nothing from the company since pickup which was late also. After calling about noon on the 31st i was told my carr would be delivered that night. Lie number 3. my car did not arrive for 5 more days. I called everyday and was told everyday it would be the next day. They also stated they would call dispatch and get back to me most times never returning the call, which now makes sense cause there is no dispatch seeing as they are brokers not the actual transport company as they represented themselves. So because of there complete lies i was forced to cancel new years eve plans cause i had no car and there were none to rent being so late and also went on without a car for 4 more days.. 

Please No one fall for there lies!!! i have 5 more car to ship and this company will have nothing to do with any of them. Also you can save more than a couple hundred dollars with other companies that are straight forward and honest about thier status
