Caradvertising.com Scammed me, Charged me $21 Internet

 I saw an ad on Facebook for a company that pays you to drive around with advertisements on your car. I was curious and clicked on. I figured I would just fill out the application and see what happens because I am incredibly low on money due to just moving and having a daughter to take care of. Before I even finished filling out the application all of the way, I got a phone call from the company. They informed me that I would make $300 for every person that called the number on my ad to set up service with the company I was advertising, which would be ZapTV. They also told me I would get a $50 sign up bonus. Afterwards they informed me that it was cost $19.99 plus taxes and fees to make my decal and set up my "tracking number". They charged my debit card the money, and then we got off the phone. After this transaction, I received multiple emails from the company, including a receipt. However, none of the email domains were the same, and two emails stated that the charge on my account could appear as one of a list of names (DriveBucks, WrapMatch, DriveClub, and ReferralCars) due to the fact that "We have purchased several companies and still use their bank names."
