“Bad product and dishonest company! Don't buy from them!!”

8/24/17 In less than a year, the cover had almost completely disintegrated. It has holes throughout. VERY poor quality. There was supposed to be a 5 year warranty. They said that I would have to pay $30 for shipping to get a new cover. There was no shipping charge on the original $109.99 cover that I bought, and nowhere on the website does it say that I would have to pay shipping. Here is what I think they do. They buy very cheap car covers from China that cost less than $25, then jack up the price and give a warranty. Then charge $30 shipping to cover the price of a new cheap car cover from China that gets drop shipped to us. This is truly a scam!! Here is their shipping policy on their website: Shipping Policy Shipping to the United States is free and will take 3-6 business days to arrive. In order to insure fast and safe delivery, we use FedEx, UPS or USPS shipping services. All orders are shipped within 24 hours after which an email will be sent with the tracking number for your order. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico is free and will be made with USPS only. Express shipping (1-2 business days) is available for an additional $20. Canadian orders are shipped by Canada Post free of charge. The package will take approximately 3-6 business days to be delivered. Sales taxes and duties are included in the price. No additional taxes, duties or fees will be collected by Canada Post upon delivery of your order.
