After qualifying for the refi. They performed an inspection on 2 properties at a cost of $1,165.00. After the inspection,they told me I could not finalize the loan because of some minor repairs.Kept my money and closed the account. There was never anything said or questioned about the status of the properties before the inspections that would have disqualified me from completeing the refi. And they never offered me another option.
I have refinanced before during a repair and it was never a problem. They should have notified me of such an issue before the inspection.
