Shawn was also my realtor and he was unable to sell my home in the condition that it was left. New Prague Minnesota

I had won in arbitration against Shawn Sabol of Cardinal Home Services and he has failed to pay me my award. On 3 different occasions I hired Shawn to perform certain repair work on my out-of-state rental home including repairing walls, painting the interior of the home, installing backsplash in the kitchen, land scaping and other items. There were several problems with the projects including sheetrock insulation in basement bathroom was defective. The painting of the interior walls of the home was defective with uneven paint and incomplete coverage, paint drips, marks on walls, ceilings and trim and expose pops and nail holes. The backsplash in the kitchen was uneven and crooked. The bottom of the kitchen sink cabinet was improperly cut. New sheets of grass were installed in the backyard but were not properly maintained and ignored. After 3 months on the market with Shawn Sabol as my realtor, I contacted a new realtor to find out why my house was the only house in the neighborhood not being sold. It was at that time that the new realtor discovered all the issues and problems with the condition of my home. I then had to hire a new handyman which double the cost of my repair budget but then upon the repairs being finished by the new handyman my house sold in two weeks.
