Mike Palazzo is unethical, completly unprofessional and commits fraud. I only use his name because he is the owner of Cardio Club Fitness Center, the sancuary for his deeds.

He will fire you without cause, keep your paychecks from you; (beware of "its in the mail", because it is not, Cardio Club Fitness Center is just bouncing around money to cover bills, paychecks, rent, etc.). After you are fired, Mike Palazzo will breech your employment contract by keeping commissions from you that you rightfully earned (fraud). He creates misleading promotional material and puts enormous pressure on his sales people to lie. He is so scared of what people think of him, that he refuses to get involved when employees have critical, business problems that need to be addressed. Undoubtedly terrible management skills (if any)!

Unfortunatly, this did not happen to only me. I have seen it happen to at least two other past employees.
