CardirFit Austin Adrian Jones Not Certified by NASM or NESTA, No Insurance, No Permits to conduct business in Austin parks, No Federal Taxes Paid Austin, Texas

I would like to register a complaint against a company / woman who is using at least four city parks to run her fitness business. The name of the company is CardioFit Austin (www.cardiofitaustin.com). On the home page she list the following 4 city parks; d**k Nichols District Park (South), Zilker Park (Central), Balcones District Park (Northwest) and Lakeway City Park (West).

I have checked with the city of Austin and this company does not have a permit to use the city park service to conduct her business. This woman has yelled at my children because they were making too much noise. They are children playing in a park for Gods sake. When I approached her she told me she has every right to be there, because I live in Austin and this park is mine to use.  This is not true and accourding to the City of Austin TX, you need a permit and all the nessessary business documents, Insurance, Fed Tax ID number proof of Certification to aquire a permit.

I conducted a County Business Search and found that Adrian Jones filed an assumed name record for ownership of an unincorporated business or profession. (document #2009079650). I have not been able to find any business tax filings or any proof of insurance for Ms Jones or CardioFit Austin. Ms Jones has also posted false and misleading statements on her website. On the about us page she claims the following; Adrian Jones is a Certified Personal Trainer and Owner of CardioFIT Austin boot camp. She is an active member of the Austin fitness community and has held certifications from both NASM and NESTA for the past 8 years.

I have contacted the two national organizations listed above and they have no record of Ms. Jones or CardioFit Austin as being registered or certified with their organizations.
