On March 23, 2012 I sold & mailed 3 gift cards to cardpool.com.  I sent them in 3 seperate envelopes and each envelope generated its own transaction number and ship label.  After sending them off, I saw negative consumer reviews that people had been lied to and never paid for their gift cards sent to this company.  The consumers also mentioned that there was evidence that the company was opening packages and taking the gift cards out and spending them.  In turn they were lying to the customers and saying they had never been received.

I am 3 weeks into this situation and no money and Card Pool is telling me they did not receive any of the 3 envelopes mailed to them.  I could possibly understand if they were all mailed together, but they were all mailed the same day in different packages.  I feel as if I am dealing with very clever people who prey on the unsuspecting.  They get people to send the gift cards before they are aware of the negative reviews.

I currently am still getting a runaround, but by no means am I going to give up.  My intention is to go to as many sites as I possibly can and explain what happened/ is happening currently to me. It is now the 10th of April.  Their emails refer to delays by the USPS.  I have heard of "Snail Mail" but this is unreal.  I do not know how they can stay in business, by handling or mishandling customers so bad.

I will email Black Hawk (the parent company) and go to the Better Business Bureau as well as continue finding Blogs/ Complaint sites to tell my story.  I get responses from people like Lincoln, Mia and Anderson with Card Pool but never any real information/ resolve as to where my money is.
