Cardsnagger Transactions NOT Guaranteed - RIPOFF Internet Nationwide

I was offered $35 to sell a $50 Marshall's gift card to Cardsnagger, which I accepted. I mailed the gift card to them as instructed and waited.

I kept checking back to the webside and after about 3 weeks it said my transaction was complete. 3 weeks later, I still had not received a check.

I sent messages to card snagger through their website indicating that I had not gotten the check. Their only response was "you should have gotten the check by now"

I wrote back to them and asked if they could check to see if the check had been cashed and reissue it to me, since their transactions are supposed to be guaranteed. It has been 6 days since I sent that message and I have gotten no response.

I also posted a message to their Facebook page regarding this matter, and it seems that they have since taken down their Facebook page.

This company is a total ripoff, as I have found other people with similar complaints.
