Caregiverlist.com owner and founder Julie Northcutt, has taken to illegally training and brokering non immigrant home care workers with no background checks to helpless
Internet users searching for cheap qualified care online.

The self proclaimed untrained and unlicensed former journalist student from the University of Missouri School has also been fraudulently certifying caregivers and certified nursing aides and home health aides.

Hundreds of families in Chicago and across the USA probably have untrained home care givers living and working in their homes.

Julie Northcutt was released from LivHome in 2007 after her Internet website Caregiverlist, Inc. was discovered online.  Apparently she had launched Caregiverlist.com in 2006 while she was still employed by the company.

Julie Northcutt from Caregiverlist.com has no formal training or experience in the home care industry and her website fraudulently presented itself as a credible website training and placing licensed home care professionals.

Caregiverlist.com scams non-immigrant employees looking for work by taking a percentage of hourly employment services illegally.

Unemployed Americans are fighting hard for these lucrative jobs while Julie Northcutt harvests low income uneducated non immigrant home care workers prepared to work for below minimum wage rates.

Be careful to make sure you verify any licensing before you choose any home care providers that she or her company refers.  Do not hire home care workers from CareGiverList.com you will be making a huge mistake.  Do not do business with this scam of a company.  Julie Northcutt form CaregiverList.com should be ashamed of herself!

This Report is full of Lies, Misrepresentations and Innuendo

AUTHOR: Lori @ Home Care Agency - (United States of America)

Caregiverlist.com does not hire caregivers directly. Caregiverlist does not train or certify caregivers. Caregiverlist receives no money from caregiver applicants.

Caregiverlist is simply one of the best online resource tools for the Senior Care Community. It is a place where qualified caregiver applicants and vetted, quality home care agencies can find each other in order to provide the very best home care for our seniors. It is a tool for finding the senior care resources and services available state-by-state. It is a community where you can read stories from other caregivers and know that you are not alone.

I have known and worked with Caregiverlist.com owner Julie Northcutt for many years and she has never been less than the most professional, caring and tireless campaigner for the dissemination of information for the senior caregiving community.

This forum should be the place to expose legitimate business grievances and not a vehicle for personal smear-campaigns. If anyone should be ashamed, it is the author of this groundless report.

Caregiverlist Provides Quality Information for Seniors and Caregivers

AUTHOR: Anonymous - (United States of America)

POSTED: Tuesday, December 01, 2009

The information in this posting is incorrect.  This post was made after Caregiverlist took action against a company who inappropriately stole the code from caregiverlist.com to post a copycat senior care website and used Caregiverlists trademarked logo and copyrighted content.

Caregiverlist discovered the company advertising on another senior care website, using the Caregiverlist logo and quality standards and took action to have the Caregiverlist trademarked logo and copyrighted content removed.  The publishers of the copycat website have a history of fraud and copying other websites.

As an advocate for seniors and caregivers, Caregiverlist continues to be a watchdog for the industry and all of the founders, including Ms. Northcutt, have years of experience in senior care and work to improve the industry for both seniors and caregivers.

The national website that the copycat company advertised on did remove them as an advertiser after Caregiverlist informed them that the copycat company provided misleading information.

Caregiverlist does not hire senior caregivers, but serves as a platform to educate both seniors and caregivers about the industry, along with providing information about professional job opportunities.  Caregiverlist provides information on background check laws by state, along with the requirements of I-9 forms, which are required for all job applicants on Caregiverlist as hiring senior care companies do provide benefits and by law, require employees to be legal to work in the U.S.A.   In addition, Caregiverlist was instrumental in having other senior care sites require criminal background checks which are more than just a name and social security number match and provides educational information about how to properly provide background checks for senior care employees.

Julie Northcutt developed the concept for Caregiverlist.com in 2005 and successfully sold the senior care agency she founded, Chicagoland Caregivers, Inc. (founded in 2001), to the national company, LivHome, in July, 2007, in order to pursue Caregiverlist full time and bring quality information to seniors and caregivers.  Further information on how the concept for Caregiverlist was developed can be found in the About Us section of Caregiverlist.com

Caregiverlist partners with leading companies in the senior care industry to provide training information for caregivers, including caregiver training videos introduced by newsman Bill Kurtis, Certified Nursing Aide Sample tests and Practice tests, by Headmaster, the company administering the state nursing exams for the department of health in many states, and background checks by Intellicorp.

Caregiverlist continues to be an advocate in the industry for quality standards in senior care and quality training for caregivers.  Caregivers introduced in working for professional senior care companies may submit a job application on Caregiverlist to be considered for positions in their area.  Caregivers may also share their caregiving story on Caregiverlist and submit questions the senior care experts.

You may visit the About Us section of Caregiverlist to learn more about Caregiverlists professional team, view the newsroom (with the company fact sheet), follow the blog and learn more about careers as a professional caregiver in the Caregiver Career section.
