*Consumer Comment: Let me get this straight.
Career excuse is the worst, they will lie to you, cheat you and TAKE YOUR MONEY. I signed up with with them and paid big money and NEVER GOT ANY SERVICE. I have sent tons of emails over 2 week period requesting my refund and can't get any response. Any help getting a hold of these thieves would be greatly appreciated as am trying to take a legal action against them to close their site. I really wish I googled them first so I dont have to go through all this.

How much did you pay them? What didn't they deliver? I didn't get any details in your complaint. Though I agree with the commentor above, if you paid for a sevice (no matter if I agree with it or not) you should have gotten what you paid for. If you provide more details maybe you will recieve more constructive comments.

You're paying this company money to deceive prospective employers by having them pretend to be your previous employer. So basically, they are in the business of lying. Now you're surprised that they weren't honest with you? Seriously?
