My story: The company I worked for went out of business last year and I had no professional references. I'm a very capable and dedicated employee and lack of references shouldn't make me forever unemployable. After job hunting for quite some time, having no references wasn't working so I had no choice but to try to outsource my references. I looked at a couple different companies but Career Excuse seemed like the best one. I purchased the White Collar package. I was down to my last couple hundred dollars, but had a strong potential job on the horizon.

I was REALLY nervous about handing over the last of my cash to them wondering if it was a scam or not but I am SO glad I did! I set up my account and my references were ready really quickly. Before giving the references to my new potential employer, I called them myself from a different phone number (so they wouldn't know it was me) pretending to be an employer checking my references to see how they did. I was actually taken aback by how real and professional they sounded. I threw some curve balls too and they handled them so well!

Anyway, I gave my potential new employer the references they created, and IT ACTUALLY WORKED! The employer believed it and I got the job! I had serious doubts, but Jennifer and William came through. It took one of the references a while to respond but Jennifer handled it for me when I let her know. She responds really quickly by phone and text which is a huge plus.

I would not have gotten this job if it weren't for Career Excuse. They really care about their customers and want to do right by them. They take their job seriously and I will recommend these guys to everyone who needs them. Hopefully I won't need faux references in the future, but if I do, I will without a doubt use them again.

As the owner of CareerExcuse.com, I do remember talking the to the owner of www.Best-Courier.com about alleged images on your website being used on one of our sample websites.  However, the writer of this complaint was not the owner I talked too over the phone as he was very pleasant and appreciative of our quick response in resolving the issue.

What the writer fails to mention is how we responded immediately by removing the website in question on the same day this was brought to our attention.  We also terminated our contract with the webmaster who created the site.

May I also remind the poster that he has just stolen MY property by using an image he lifted from CareerExcuse.com. on the top post and we respectfully request it be removed immediately.

CareerExcuse.com has been in business since July 2009 providing professional references to those who are doing everything they can to find work in a very competitive job market.  We work very hard for our subscribers and most of our subscribers find employment in less than 7 weeks of using our service. 

While this poster was never a subscriber, CareerExcuse.com has always given a full refund to anyone who is not satisfied with our service and after 2 years, our only complaint has come from someone upset that images were allegedly copied from his website.
