Caregan Transport Scammers and Stolen Pay Richmond Indiana

I started working for them at the end of November 2017 and was told I would get my first pay on December 5th. When December 5th came around no pay so I was then told I would get my pay on December 15th. So I was on a load and told Logan one of the bosses I needed to be home by Tuesday for a personal thing that was going on with my family and he told me no problem. I dropped a load on Monday and waited for a couple hours and only had 3 hours left on my clock before I had to go down for the night. Since they never replied back to me I headed home which was 2 1/2 hours away from my location. I was half way home when they sent me a load and I declined it because I told them I didn't have enough time on my clock and I was almost home. On Tuesday December 12th after my personal thing I sent them a message on PeopleNet that I was ready for a load and went out to check it every hour and got no reply.

I sent a couple more messages through out the week that I was ready for a load and still no reply. So on December 15th my pay (which would be about $3000) was suppose to be in my account and nothing so I e-mailed them asking where my pay was and got a reply back that they have not heard from me all week. When I told them I sent messages (and I have proof because I took pictures of the messages) they told me I was a liar and a scumbag and they never received anything from me. I told them they were keeping my pay illegally and they never wanted to hear it. All they did was say it was my fault and I was worthless. I have the e-mails of them degrading me and stating they were keeping my pay. They also threatened to put false information on me on my DAC report and threaten I would never work again. So now I am trying to find a job and have no money to pay for bills.
