$109.00 charge appeared on my credit card. Called phone number and got a 6 minute run around without the promise of a refund. Product which they claimed was shipped was called "skin serum". Absolutly nothing I would ever order! They had multiple excuses for not giving a refund. I called my credit card (Bank of America) and submitted a fraud report. They cancelled the charge and issued a new card number.
