This policy is pure garbage. I paid 6 months worth of premiums and when the day came that I had to visit a dentist I called the 1-800 number on the front of my joke of an I.D. card and was given a list of 9 providers in my area. 7 of the nine I called had never heard of this outfit and the 2 that knew the name did not accept them.


Finally I had to pay $235 bucks CASH to get the service I needed and add the 6 months worth of premiums that I paid to these jokers and you can see why I'm not happy.

As soon as I got home with gauze still in my mouth, I immediately called this fraudulent "Insurance" and canceled my so called policy.

I was told I will be receiving my confirmation cancellation letter in 10-12 days and no more payments will be drafted from my account.

At the time of this writing it has only been a few days so I will be updating this report 1 way or the other.

But I urge you to STAY AWAY FROM THIS TRASH !!
