I subscribed to caretaker.org after being told they have NYC ads. They did not deliver to me what I requested and then refused to give me a refund.

On 5/22/2012 I wrote: Mr. Dunn, We seem to be having a bit of a communication breakdown.
I initially contacted you and asked how many ads in an issue of your gazette are for NYC.

You responded "because of all the housing in the NYC area - the NYC area has been the most common location in THE CARETAKER GAZETTE over the 30 years we have been publishing"

I gave you $29.95.

You sent me an issue without any NYC ads.

I asked for my money back.

You sent me a bunch more ads, one of which is for NYC.

This still leaves me unhappy with what I paid for. Be so kind and refund my credit card the $29.95 as soon as you can, forward me a receipt of such, and know you have my thanks.

 Later that day Mr. Dunn responded: This is a correct statement of fact: "because of all the housing in the NYC area - the NYC area has been the most common location in THE CARETAKER GAZETTE over the 30 years we have been publishing"

We get new opportunities coming in everyday and we could easily have some new opportunities that could be perfect for you in the future. Sometimes it takes a while to find the right situation for you.
