 In April 2016 i made and agreement with cargo experts to move a sculpture crate from Italy to Colorado. Joseph Hadida asked me to send a wire transfer of 25% of the payment so they can proceed. after sending them the payment and we agreed on the pick up date, nobody showed up! i kept contacting him and he kept saying excuses and kept moving the date of pick up, day after day, after a week delay (which caused me alot of problems with my plans), he sent me an email saying that unfortunately they realized that they can only ship art in an FCL container which is gonna cost double the price or we can ship it by air so it can arrive according my time-table.

i wasn't able to afford that kind of money and i asked him to refund my down payment and i will try to mange with another shipping company. they started ignoring my emails and calls, Joseph Hadida, Stephanie Bodner and Doriel Miz. till today they didn't transfer me my money back and stephanie bodner kept replying to my emails with excuses day after day for over 5 months till she started to ignore them totally and ignore my phone calls. they caused me to find another shipping company in a very short time and i had to pay alot of money because of the short notice, i had to change flight dates and cancel hotels. this company caused me a nightmare ! i couldn't believe that they can put a person in what they put me through and more over ignore to send me my money back!
