CarHop in Arlington Texas Carhop Piece of Sh*t Cars Arlington, Texas

On October 3, 2010, I purchased a vehicle from Carhop in Arlington Texas (Unfortunately) the day after I purchased the vehicle the Battery died on me at work and the check engine light came on.  I promptly called Carhop's Warranty Department was advised that I needed to take the vehicle over to AAMCO for a diagnostic evluation.  Which I did once, I got the vehilce jump started by a co-worker.  Once, I arrived at AAMCo, I was greeted by the Service Manager Mark, and advised that I would have to leave the vehicle for a day or two for said assessement and evalution.  Mind you the purpose of getting a vehicle was to get to work and not have my car in the shop for a day or two.  Once the vehicle was assessed by AAMCO, I was advised that they would need to change the battery out, replace the thermostat, coolant system required work, and the car needed front and rear brakes.  All of this work would require my vehicle to be int he shop for three to four days as the approval for the work had to come from Carhop's Warranty Department, (which by the way is NOT OPENED on Saturday) so this required me to obtain a rental car (more expense to me) and mind you I still had to pay my car note to Carhop (UAC Department),  Now my license plates are in at this dealership and they want me to be inconvienced again by driving to this dealership which sold me this piece of s**t car and signing my registration etc.  Which is out of my way as I live in Allen, TX and they are located in Arlington TX.  I WOULD NOT WISH CARHOP on my worst enemy.  The manager at the Arlington location Omar Garcia is RUDE, and Contrait and just does not give a d**n about your situation once he has sold the vehicle to you.  So much for Customer Satifaction..  DO NOT GO TO CARHOP TO PURCHASE A VEHICLE THEY ARE CROOKS!!!!
