I and my family including my sister and her daughter were promised to have one week vacation in Jamaica versus a payment of $9,408.00. After few problems occurred before our vacation (airfares deal changed from CARIBBIAN AIR to Jet Blue AIR and the destination as well from Montego Bay to Kingston) we finally arrived to GRANDBAHIA PRINCIPE RESORT (in Jamaica) on December 27 and after 2 days we found out that the hotel was not paid therefore we were forced to pay another $5,000.

 As I didn't have that kind of money in my bank after every day spent (including my kids) in the hotel lobby the resort offer me a special deal  of $3000 in order to avoid Jamaica Jail (paid by my sister’s credit card MC). We had a nightmare vacation and we worked very hard to save this money for my sister 50th birthday.

 So besides that I still didn’t recover the additional cash paid this agent George Tsapelas; and his company REKO TOURS, INC/ CARIBBEAN /SUNNY HOLIDAYS  harass me because we claimed back some of the money paid by credit card and he also called me in small claim court. Additionally few days ago he charged my sister credit card again (using the info that I provided before to pay for my vacation)
