Signed up for an account, they gladly accepted my initial deposit with a credit card. They proceeded to freeze the account, requesting that I call them. I phoned them and spoke to a manager that said they needed better proof of who I was.

I gave them everything they asked for, but they still didn't un-freeze my account. So, fed up as I was, I requested that they remove my initial deposit. They said they won't do that until I prove who I am.

I called them back and gave them all info that is possible, still no good. It's one big runaround. Now I must deal with my credit card to remove the charges. It's been one big headache. If you are gonna gamble online, please find a reputable company. Not one that gives you a runaround and then won't pay out your own money.
