Caring Transitions of TriCounty Predatory Practivces against Older Americans in Estate Sales Internet

Caring Transistions took care of a family member's recent Estate Sale by inventorying, marking and then selling all of the person's household goods and personal possessions.  The management told them iwould yeild more money if they just did a sale themselves, but never was the total potential for income discussed from previous estate sales the company handled.  In the final accounting, sales of almost $4000 yielded a payment of only $245 to the family member.  This is a return rate of only 6.2%.  The remainder of the money went to labor of %30 per hour to multiple company employees and a consignment fee of 25% of the total sales.

If this is typical of estate sales, the extremely low return should have been specifically spelled out to the contractee.  It is an extremely predatory practice to perform on the elderly who many times are very emotional about what is being done.
